Keywords – Well, keywords or keyword phrases are first ‘key’ to your PPC campaign success. Keywords are nothing but what the customers are looking for and have in their mind in the first place. When they see those words in the copy, they are instinctively compelled to click it, at both their conscious and subconscious levels. So, do a proper keyword research.

Placement – Placement of the ad does have some effect on the target market. You see the prospects look from left top to the right bottom. So, sooner and more prominent your ad is placed following that angle, the better the chance of your getting high CTR.

Frequency – Since the PPC ad campaigns are being rolled, especially in the case of search result pay per click ones, it is always best to pay a bit more and go for a higher frequency of impressions. It’s because higher impression count means exposure to more traffic and also has an effect of following up on the traffic who hesitated the first time.

Landing page – This is the most underestimated and one of the most crucial factors in the game. Let’s say your PPC ad copy says ‘Get FREE fat loss eBook written by renowned experts’ and then they are led to some bizarre sales page on gym machines for home exercise. What do you think will be the outcome? Of course, a very HIGH bounce rate! Give them what you promise them. Then they will stay.

That’s almost all about pay per click optimization. If you tend to these few factors correctly, you will get some solid success in internet marketing you never imagined.
